Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how you may use trainerhill.com (the "Site") from Trainer Hill ("Trainer Hill," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is for supporters who sign in with Patreon. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. You need an active Patreon membership at the correct tier and you must log in through Patreon. You are responsible for keeping your Patreon login details safe.

2. Patreon Membership

Patreon handles all billing and membership changes. We do not charge you directly and we cannot change or refund Patreon pledges. To start, change, or stop access to the Site, manage your membership through Patreon.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the Site only in line with the law and these Terms.
• Do not try to bypass our Patreon paywall or security tools.
• Do not copy, scrape, bulk download, or misuse the Site or its content.
• Respect intellectual property rights. Do not upload, post, or share anything you do not have rights to use.
• Do not disrupt the Site or other users.

4. Ownership & Third-Party Materials

Our Content. The Site and the text, graphics, layouts, code, and other content we create ("Our Content") are owned by Trainer Hill or our licensors. You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use while you follow these Terms. Please contact us for permission before reusing Our Content elsewhere.

Third-Party Materials. The Site may display or include content, icons, art, trademarks, or other materials owned by others ("Third-Party Materials"). Those rights belong to their owners. These Terms do not give you any rights in Third-Party Materials except as allowed by their owners or by law.

No Endorsement. Showing Third-Party Materials does not mean those owners sponsor or endorse us.

Trademarks. Trainer Hill and our logos are trademarks of Trainer Hill. Other names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

5. Feedback

If you share ideas or suggestions with us, we may use them without owing you anything.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on Patreon and other service providers. Their own terms apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for what third parties do.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us with requests. We only use Patreon information provided to us and we do not run ads or analytics on the Site.

8. Ending Your Access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your Patreon membership ends or is not in good standing, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if we choose to stop offering the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time by canceling or changing your Patreon membership.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be perfect, secure, or without interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we and our suppliers are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect, special, or incidental losses. If we are liable, our total liability for all claims related to the Site will not exceed the amounts (if any) we directly received from you for the Site in the 6 months before the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, and it does not limit your non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Copyright and Trademark Concerns

If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, please email support@trainerhill.com with: (1) what you own, (2) where the material appears on the Site, (3) your contact info, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not allowed. We will review and respond.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" above. If we make big changes, we will provide additional notice. Using the Site after the Terms change means you accept the new Terms.
